2005 DIVERSITY EXCELLENCE AWARDS

The Diversity Excellence Award recognizes individual students, student groups, faculty members, faculty groups, administrators, academic departments, and academic units that demonstrate the highest commitment to enhancing excellence through diversity.

Friends of Diversity Recognition

Recognizes the individual efforts of campus members who have consistently supported and promoted the efforts of diversity, beyond mere words.  These individuals have been instrumental in laying foundation for diversity at ASU.  The 2005 recipients are:

Keynote Speaker:  Dr. William Harvey, Vice-President of the American Council on Education and Director of the Center for  the Advancement of   Racial and Ethnic Equity.
